Function: Forest County Children & Youth Services is a professional, county-operated agency that is committed to enhancing the quality of life of Forest County residents. The Agency strives to ensure the safety and well-being of all children while respecting the sanctity of "family". Forest County Children and Youth employees share a hope and vision of each individual becoming a motivated and productive member of a healthy, safe and caring community.

Office Location/Hours: The office is located in the Forest County Human Services Building at 623 Elm Street in Tionesta. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Services Offered: The Agency provides a variety of services to children and their families, including general protective services, counseling and intervention, parent education, child abuse investigations, crisis intervention services, foster care, community and family based placements, independent living skills, adoption services, and many others.
