Office Location/Hours: The offices are located in the Tionesta Business Park (the former EvenFlow/Crator manufacturing facility) on Route 62, just north of Tionesta and are open from 7:30 am until 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Office Functions: The Office of Community & Economic Development administers Forest County’s annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement. Each year, the CDBG program provides over $150,000 for projects throughout the County which benefit low-moderate income persons. Additionally, the staff provide services to the Forest County Industrial & Commercial Development Authority and the Forest County Industrial Development Corporation – both non-profit groups formed for the economic benefit of Forest County and its citizens.
