Office Location/Hours: The offices are located in the Tionesta Business Park (the former EvenFlow/Crator manufacturing facility) on PA Route 62, just north of Tionesta. The office is open from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and by special appointment.
Office Functions: This department administers Forest County’s annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement. Each year the CDBG program provides funding for projects throughout the County which benefit low-moderate income persons. The Coordinator also provides technical assistance for community and economic development projects throughout the County.
