Forest County Probation Department is an office of the 37th Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
The mission of the Forest County Probation Department is to serve and protect the citizens of Forest County by providing accurate and timely information to the Court prior to disposition and effective supervision after disposition. Supervision shall always place protection of the public as the highest priority while recognizing the needs of the offender. We believe that meeting the offender’s treatment needs is often the best way to insure protection of the public.
